Shipping & Returns
Place orders by 8pm or processing will be the next day. Orders currently require 3-5 business days of processing, prior to shipping (excluding holidays and weekend) This includes time needed to prepare and process the order to be shipped. Custom orders such as wigs take longer to process 10-14 days for custom wigs. Wigs already complete and in stock will ship within 3-5 days.

Your order will be shipped USP, Fed Ex, 1,2,3 Day shipping, Free shipping is available for orders over $300. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed. Saturday delivery is offered upon request for an additional fee depending on the availability in your area. For the fastest option for purchase visit our salon location at the SouthLake Mall in Morrow, Ga.

Once an order is placed there are no cancellations after 24 hours. To exchange there is a $25 USD fee per bundle. No REFUNDS. Exchanges are only valid within 7 days of signature. We will not exchange any item that has been colored or altered from its natural state. If there is a problem with the order you must contact us only via email at Please submit pictures. The product will be sent back at the purchasers expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation and insurance to protect yourself and your package. All merchandise must be physically received before and exchange can be processed. Exchange will only be for the original order. The exchange process could take 5-7 days from start to finish.

Federal law states you can not return human hair products that has been used. We hold to the strict policies in regard to the federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner any refund or exchange policies are voided.
